Lucy Olympia Young

Lucy is a twin & toddler mama with an unwavering passion for all things health & fitness. She’s a personal trainer (CPT) with a decade in the fitness industry working as a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist (CPPC) and corrective exercise specialist (CES). 

With extensive experience in the fitness industry, training thousands of pregnant/postpartum women, and being a mum herself, she’s seen the significant lack of understanding in the pre/postnatal exercise realm. Her mission is to modernise and demystify pre/postnatal exercise so more women are empowered to train safely, and feel strong during pregnancy, birth and beyond.

This is why she created BUMPSTRONG.

Nikki Kliebenschaedel

A movement expert, Nikki has worked as a professional dancer and fitness instructor for over 15 years. She first discovered her passion for teaching while touring the globe as a dancer, and landing a job in an upscale boutique studio in Chelsea, New York City.

A new mama herself, Nikki is dedicated to supporting pre/postnatal women so they can feel strong in the gym, and in everyday life. She comes equipped with a fountain of knowledge and qualifications; These allow her to provide in-depth perinatal evaluations so her clients feel supported & stay moving safely.
