WHY 1:1 PERINATAL PT?

An effective prenatal program should support where you are in your gestation and prepare you for labour. Similarly, a successful postnatal program should consider your birth, breath/PF re-connection and the individual core strength needed to return to your pre-baby exercise. Seeking specialist perinatal support allows you to remove the guess work and feel safe as you navigate your pregnancy and postpartum journey.


WHAT IS COVERED IN A CONSULT?

  • Review of your current exercise regime and pregnancy/postpartum goals.

  • Discussion of current symptoms, pains, concerns.

  • Trimester education- including pelvic floor & diastasis recti (DRA) overview.

  • Exercise contraindications and personalised pre/postnatal specific training support based on where you are in your motherhood journey (I'll help you understand what is safe/unsafe each step of the way!)

  • Ongoing support to ensure you feel supported and motivated to stay fit & healthy for yourself and your baby.
